Each dish is accompanied by instructions. I paid 180 Sol for the tasting menu, and 45 Sol if it is a local white wine (cabernet saugvinion). There are many other wines in the cellar, champagne and kava, which are much more expensive. But walking there is not very convenient, it is best to take a taxi.

The sour lemon juice saltfish comes from the coast and near the Galapagos. This restaurant has fish from both places. The tacu-tacu is also very good. Don&#39;t miss the house brewed beer. I tried the boutique and the taste is very similar to the taste of the East Coast of the United States. It is very good with seafood.

A great restaurant to experience innovative Peruvian cuisine. Don&#39;t miss the scallops and the alcapa tartare (if you like it). The service was great and the young chef was great.

This is authentic Peruvian cuisine. A delicious seafood platter and the best pork belly I&#39;ve had in Peru, it had a nice crispy crackle. There are also very traditional food platters here. Very nice

They make Peruvian Japanese cuisine, and many of the food styles are Japanese sushi with Peruvian characteristics. You won&#39;t get it anywhere else, so it&#39;s very, very special. And compared to other Japanese sushi prices, Peruvian Japanese food is really cheap
